Ranking of Service Quality Solution for Blended Design Teaching Using Fuzzy ANP and TOPSIS in the Post-COVID-19 Era

Therefore, study proposed hybrid fuzzy analytic network process (FANP) technique order preference by similarity to ideal (TOPSIS) analyse dimensions, indicators alternatives quality. Meanwhile, discovered that top three significant are “Employees trustworthy”, “Safe transaction mechanism environment” “Personalised needs customers”. Also, we found dimensions utilised evaluate education similar whether post COVID-19 era, epidemic or prior pandemic. main contribution establish multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) ranking index under environment.
